A very dark green flag, with an outer ring consists of 42 overlapping elements (shells? a rope?), and an inner ring of 14 stars pointing inwards and in the centre a mound-shaped feature (mountain? octopus?)
Weno Island is a flat coral atoll, so it's not likely to be a mountain, and
it doesn't look much like a map of the island, either (the top "peak" would be
accurate for a map, but the flat base is completely wrong).
