Bateaux Parisiens has, recently, radically changed its corporate identity. The company uses now two house flags, hoisted on the terrace of Port de La Bourdonnais, close to the Eiffel Tower, and shown on photos available on the company's website:
- an orange flag with the white lettering "Bateaux / Parisiens", with
"Parisiens" in bold letters. The lettering, unsurprisingly, is the
same on the flag as on the frontpage of the company's website;
- a white flag with the new company's logo, made of an orange disk
charged with a white screw and surrounded by a thick gray border.

The former house flag of "Bateaux Parisiens", as seen on a photo taken in June 2008, is similar to the company's former logo, white with a dark blue element charged with the white lettering "Bateaux / Parisiens" flanked on its right by the image of a golden Eiffel Tower mirrored in water; a thin, light blue wave is placed under the dark blue element.
