The coat of arms (County website) depicts a wooden fort on a green mound over a blue stream crossed by a wooden bridge, and behind the fort a checky red and yellow sun is rising, in front of it a white dove flies holding a blue bunch of grapes in its beak.

The ceremonial flag (County website) is a yellow bordered green gonfalon ending triangularly with a yellow fringe along the bottom, in the middle of it is the coat of arms bordered yellow, above it inscription "Općina" below in an arch "Severin", both inscribed yellow in Gothic letters.
