The flag of Donja Dubrava was consecrated on 13 July 2003, as reported in the local newspaper Međimurske novine (Donja Dubrava - Proslava Dana općine 13. srpnja, 9 July 2003).

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The coat of arms is "Gules an oak eradicated or and in the base a cannon sable".
The arms are canting, Dubrava meaning "an oak groove".
