Nedelišće is located a few km due west of Čakovec. It has over 11,000 inhabitants, somewhat less then 5,000 living in the main town of the same name.

The symbols of Nedelišće are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi Općine Nedelišće, adopted on 25 September 2002 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 20 December 2003 in the County official gazette Službeni glasnik Međimurske županije.
The adoption process is related in the local newspaper Međimurske novine (Nedelišcansko vijece održalo prvu jesensku sjednicu, 2 October 2002; Općinski grb - tiskarska preša zlatne boje i crvena knjiga, 13 March 2002).
The flag is in proportions 1:2, green with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

Coat of arms of Nedelišće - Image by Željko Heimer, 8 February 2004
The coat of arms is "Vert a printing binding press or with a book argent leathered gules".
The printing press recalls that in Nedelišće was one among the oldest printing houses in Croatia.

The previous coat of arms already included the printing press and served as a model for the current one, as "Vert on a fess argent a printing press sable and in base a mullet of ten of the second".
The ten rays of the mullet were to represent the 10 villages that constitute the municipality. To the best of my knowledge, there was no flag to complement this previous coat of arms.
