The coat of arms was adopted on 22 February 2003, as reported in the local newspaper Međimurske novine (Pribislavec dobio grb i zastavu, 26 February 2003).
The arms were designed by the local artist Daniel Hampamer, also the designer of the arms of the neighboring municipality of Mala Subotica.
The arms are "Azure three tulips gules slipped and leaved vert issuant from base all gorged together with a crown or of nine pearls argent".
