Presentation of Bale

Bale (Italian, Valle) is located some 30 km north-west of Pula. It has just about 1,000 inhabitants, about 800 of them living in the village of the same name.

The coat of arms is "Gules a cross patty argent". The shield is oval withina golden border, topped with a golden crown and surrounded with a wreath of laurel branches.
