Former flag, arms and ceremonial flag of Brod Moravice, reconstructions - Images by Željko Heimer, 23 August 2003
The first symbols of Brod Moravice are prescribed by Decision Odluka o uporabi grba i zastave Općine Brod Moravice, adopted on 13 February 1997 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 21 March 1997 in the County official gazette Službene novine Županije primorsko-goranske, No. 21.
The flag is divided diagonally green and blue with a white stripe among them that is a continuation of the bend in the coat of arms. The flag is bordered golden on three edges.
The ceremonial flag is a vertical version with a golden border along the long edges and a golden fringe along the bottom.
The coat of arms is divided by a blue wavy bend, the upper green field showing St. Nicholas, in base in a white field a green linden leaf and a golden linden fruit.
It is highly probable that these early versions were never actually produced.
