Flag of Stari Jankovci

The symbols of Stari Jankovci are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu, zastavi i pocasnoj zastavi općine Stari Jankovci, adopted on 16 December 2003 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 23 December 2003 in the County official gazette Službeni vjesnik Vukovarsko-srijemske županije, No. 14.
The symbols are already described in the Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Stari Jankovci, adopted on 22 October 2001 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 7 December 2001 in Službeni vjesnik Vukovarsko-srijemske županije, No. 15.

The flag (photo) is described in Article 4 of the Statutes as follows:

The flag is rectangular, colored blue, 200 cm in length and 100 cm in width (height). The coat of arms is set in the centre of the flag.
The length of the coat of arms is 42 cm, its width (height) is 50 cm. The coat of arms is placed 79 cm from the right and left edges of the flag and 25 cm from the top and the bottom edges of the flag.

Ceremonial flag of Stari Jankovci

The ceremonial flag (photo) is a white gonfalon with three triangularly ending tails of which the central one is longer, each ending with a golden tassel. The coat of arms is in the centre, topped with the name of the municipality in three rows and with a golden floral ornament below it. Unfortunately, the ornament is not clearly visible on the photo, it does not seem to be one of those "standard" patterns used in other ceremonial flags.

The new flag of the local hunting society was consecrated during the celebration of its 75th anniversary (photos).
