Flag of Tkon

The symbols of Tkon are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi Općine Tkon, published in 1997 in the County official gazette Službeni glasnik Zadarske županije, No. 5.
The symbols are described in the Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Tkon, adopted on 20 January 2006 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 25 January 2006 in Službeni glasnik Zadarske županije, No. 2. This is repeated, word for word, in the current Municipality Statutes Statut Općine Tkon, adopted on 12 August 2009 by the Municipality Assembly and published on 19 August 2009 in Službeni glasnik Zadarske županije, No. 16 (text).

The symbols were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka, and approved by the Ministry of Administration / Central State Office for Administration before 2006.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.
