Głogów County territorial flag

The territorial flag of Glogow County is horizontally black-red-yellow (23:24:23). Ratio 5:8. In the middle of the red stripe are 21 white squares. I have been looking for an illustration of the Glogow County Territorial Flag, but so far, alas, in vain.
