About the Flag

The municipality of Nipoć (4,274 inhabitants in 2010; 13,780 ha) is located in northwestern Sćo Paulo State.

Nipoć was established, as a district of the municipality of Mirassol, by State Law no. 1,944 of 18 December 1923. The district was transferred to the municipality of Monte Aprazķvel by State Law-Decree No. 9,073 of 31 March 1938. The municipality of Nipoć was established by State Law No. 2,456 of 30 December 1953 and inaugurated on 1 January 1955.
