The company was based in Hamburg. It was a small shipping company which existed from 1897 til 1904.
The flag was white, divided by a black saltire and over all a red oval (see left image above) or disc (see right image above) in centre.

Carl F.A. Flügge was partner of Flügge, Johannsen and Lubinus when he established his own little company in 1900. The company's last ship got lost in 1910.
The flag is blue with a white border around 3 sides, leaving behind only the hoist side, and a white "F" ( serifed and unserifed) in the center, apparently of the blue part and not of the whole flag.
