Coat of Arms

Shield Azure with base Gules, crowned by a donjon Argent, over all an inescutcheon parted per pale, at dexter paly bendy of Azure and Argent, at sinister Or an initial "O" Sable.
Meaning:
Though not mentioned, the base with donjon might allude to Otzberg fortress. The inescutcheon is taken from the seal of the Palatine Ober-Amt Otzberg. The lozenges at dexter are the arms of Bavaria, to which the palatinate belonged in the past. The initial "O" is representing Otzberg.

Lengfeld (Odenwald) Coat of Arms

Shield Or, a well Sable having three tubes.
Meaning:
The colours black and yellow remind on the fact that the village belonged to the Electoral Palatinate for a long time. The well is displaying the still existing Borngassenbrunnen, which already appeared in the mayor's seal of 1903.
The arms were approved on 9 October 1950 by Minister of Interior of Hesse.
