Baindt Municipal Coat of Arms

The shield is quarterly divided into gold (= yellow) and black. Field 1 and 4 display a black, embowed attire. Field 2 and 3 are divided by a bend sinister chequered into silver (= white) and red.
Meaning:
The attire is symbolizing that the city belonged to Württemberg since 1806. The so called Cistercian Bar alludes to the fact that the village belonged to the orders local nunnery from 1240 until 1802.
