Description

Green flag with six white triangles, all isosceles with a horizontal symmetry axis, as high and long as 1/3 of the flag's height and length, placed three with their bases on the hoist, two in the middle toughing the first three and a further one on the fly touching the second two. Ratio 2:3.

The flag is almost a banner of the arms (blazoned Vert six chessrooks placed 1,2,3 Argent). The chessrooks (rocs, also meaning rocks) represent the gypsum quarries in the municipality. Flag adopted 19th January 2000. Source for image and text: Fluvià 2001.
