The municipality of Lastras del Pozo (94 inhabitants in 2010; 3,251 ha) is located in the southwest of Segovia Province, 30 km from Segovia.

Symbols of Lastras del Pozo

The flag and arms of Lastras del Pozo are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 9 June 1998 by the Segovia Provincial Government, signed on 10 June 1998 by the President of the Government, and published on 24 June 1998 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 118 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular flag, with proportions 1:1, red with a yellow border cantonned with four white Maltese Crosses. In the middle of the flag is placed the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1a. Or a castle sable burned, 1b. Azure an agnus dei argent, 2. Gules a two-staged aqueduct argent masoned sable over ten rocks of the same [The Segovia Roman aqueduct]. The shield surmounted with a Royal Spanish crown.
