The municipality of Quintanilla de Trigueros (110 inhabitants in 2009; 3,216 ha) is located in the northeast of Valladolid Province, 30 km from Valladolid.

Symbols of Quintanilla de Trigueros

The flag and arms of Quintanilla de Trigueros are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 24 January 2001 by the Municipal Council, signed on 16 October 2002 by the Mayor, and published on 30 October 2002 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 211, p. 14,342 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, made of two equal horizontal stripes, the upper stripe white with four red Greek crosses, the lower stripe green with five yellow disks.
Coat of arms: Per fess, 1. Argent four Greek crosses per fess, 2. Vert an ewe argent two wheat spikes or per fess. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
