Description of the Flag

The flag of Spurs is available as a rug at http://www.calverleycarpets.co.uk/.  Horizontally blue-white-blue with yellow fimbriations, and arms in the centre.
Ron Lahav, 29 April 2005

The official (albeit uninspired) flag for the Spurs is a 2:1 blue/white/blue horizontal tricolour defaced T.H.F.C. in blue block letters with square full stops (periods) centrally located on the white stripe and occupying approx 60-75% of the length of the fly. The blue is a deep navy blue. I have recently seen an image, but cannot recall where.

The "Yid Army"

[Tottenham Hotspurs Yid Army] image located by Bill Garrison, 7 June 2023

A  flag purporting to be in support of the "Tottenham Hotspur Football Club" (T.H.F.C.) [a.k.a. "The Spurs"] near London, England. The flag mimics that of the national flag of Israel, but with the words "Yid Army" on the top white stripe, "T.H.F.C." on the bottom white stripe, with the football/soccer club's cockerel logo on both sides of the "Magen David" star. Per the "flag source" article, it noted: "the myth that a large proportion of Spurs supporters are Jews has provided the basis for antisemitic abuse against the club from rival fans. In reaction to that abuse, many Spurs supporters refer to themselves as the Yids - embracing the racist nickname given to them by their opponents - and some of them wave Israeli flags."
