The second son of Wakizaka Yasuharu, he participated in the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600 as a member of the Tokugawa side. He succeeded his father. The war banner has red background with two white two rings connected horizontally. The general’s standard has red background with white two rings connected horizontally.

He served under Fukushima Masanori, but entered Osaka Castle during the Osaka Winter Campaign and was killed in the Osaka Summer Campaign of 1615. The war banner has white background with kanji his nickname 伴団右衛門 in black.
