Flaggenbuch shows the flag hoisted over the New Fort for festivities as a red flag with a green rectangular panel including a white crescent, with horns pointing to the hoist, and a star, pointing to the base, along the hoist a diagonally black and white stripe.
The same flag as a long triangular pennant (ratio about 1:15) is used as masthead pennant. Due to the longish form, there are only two white bends by hoist. However, the star here points upwards, shich is either odd and unusual practice, or a rare example of error in Flaggenbuch.
The same pennant with only the white star is the pennant used by state ships for festivities, probably designed to accompany the state ensign of basically the same design.
