Blazon: I blått et sølv gaffelkors dannet ved taggesnitt. In English: Azure a pall engrailed argent.
Approved by the royal resolution of 15 March 1985 after a drawing by Truls Nygaard, after the idea by Hans Freddy Larsen and Lars Olsen.

The design illustrates the rivers Litleåna and Kvina flowing through valles of Austerdalen and Vesterdalen, joining at Liknes into a single - river continuing through Kvinesdal towards the sea into the Feda fjord.
