Province of Los Santos, Panama, adopted its flag in August 2011. (image)
"Los colores característicos son el naranja, negro y blanco y el sello de identidad son las letras montadas y 7 estrellas que identifican a los 7 distritos."
My translation: The characteristic colours are orange, black and white, and the logo is raised letters and 7 starts that identify the 7 districts.

The image is based on <perez-franco.com/bandera/dise.html> (defunct), located by Dov Gutterman. Los Santos province has an area of 3,806 sq. km, and is therefore the scond smallest of the Panamanian provinces. Population in 1996 was 79,849 inhabitants. Provincial capital is Las Tablas. Los Santos province is bordering Herrera province on south. Both provinces have a shore on the Pacific Ocean.
