Górzno commune flag

Górzno - rural commune, Garwolin County, Mazowieckie Voivodship.
Gmina Górzno is a rural gmina (commune) in Garwolin County, Masovian Voivodship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Górzno, which lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Garwolin and 64 km (40 mi) south-east of Warsaw.
Area: 90.84 sq.km (35.1 sq.mi); Population: 6,112 (2006).

First settlements recorded in XIV Century
A predominantly agricultural commune; land under cultivation - 69%; forests - 27%

Arms and flag adopted on December 30, 2005 (resolution # XXXI/162/05).
"Arms: on the golden shield a wooden granary in natural color. Below it three green oak leaves with two acorns.
Flag: an yellow rectangle with the Arms (without the shield) placed on the left half.
On the right half, two green rectangles at the top and the bottom of the flag.
The ratio of the flag is 5:8."
