The logo of the united commune is white, displaying the three coats of arms of the former communes, ordered 2:1, the two of Moura above, that one of Santo Amador below, the whole is surrounded by three "petals" in the shield colours, i.e. two shades of blue and one yellow.

It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain yellow field.

Coat of arms

Shield Azure, a crescent recumbent Argent, between two olive branches Argent, leaved Or and fruited sable, crossed per saltire in base; in chief a heart Or, flamant Gules and Or and pierced by two arrows Or in saltire. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "MOURA - SANTO AGOSTINHO".
Meaning:
The flaming heart is respresenting St. Augustine, local patron saint and name giver of the commune. The crescent is representing the heritage of the Moors (Port.: mouros) and the old age of the settlement. The olive branches are representing the main business line of the commune.

Shield Or, two olive branches branches Vert, fruited Sable and crossed per saltire, in chief a Lábarum . Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "MOURA - S. JOĆO BAPTISTA". Meaning: The Lábarum, here not held by a Paschal Lamb, is an attribute of St. John the Baptist, local patron saint and name giver of the commune.
