The flag and arms of Središče ob Dravi are prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi Občine Središče ob Dravi, adopted on 15 September 2008.

The flag is yellow with the municipal coat of arms in the middle. It is prescribed in proportions 1:2, apparently intended for vertical hoisting (as the proportions are determined as width to height).

The coat of arms of Središče ob Dravi is "Per fess azure a pale gules between six poplar trees issuant ensigned by two mullets or and argent on a bend azure two annulets argent, between three annulets azure, one and two".
This is the coat of arms of the merchant town of Središče, shown on a seal from 1579. According to the local legend, as explained on the municipal website, the annulets represent wheels. A local wheel maker once fixed a broken wheel for the ruler of nearby Ormož; as a reward, the burghers of Središče were granted the right to bear these arms.
