"Blue Ridge High School freshman Bailey Gawthorp has been named the winner of the Santa Anna Township flag design contest winner. She was awarded a $300 prize last week. Gawthorp said she "incorporated the Salt Creek and fields of corn to symbolize the agriculture of Santa Anna. The colors represent farming, water and freedom.
