Description of the flag

Vertically divided light blue and medium blue with a green band across the bottom, over the boundary between the two blue fields a red and white striped lighthouse, behind which lies a quarter sun (orange) in the hoist half and a quarter moon (light blue with dark blue patches) in the fly half. LUBEC MAINE is written in red across the top, and EASTERN MOST POINT USA in black across the bottom on the green band.
