Description of the flag

The flag of the City of Chesterfield, Missouri, has a green background with city tree-logo, including the city name all in white. "The City's flag and logo incorporate the two first letter "C's" in City of Chesterfield. Even though I have not been able to confirm this, I believe an employee designed the flag and logo." - says Judy Naggiar, City Clerk, City of Chesterfield.

About the city:
"Chesterfield is a second-ring western suburb of St. Louis and is the largest city in west St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 46,635 as of 2006."

"In Chesterfield, City Administrator Mike Herring said the city's flag was first created soon after its 1988 incorporation and reflected a logo, at that time, which was two interlocking "C's. A new logo includes trees."
